Found a small town that does not have a mobile painter that repairs, just a old timer that does air brush touch up and air brushes over bumper damage.

My question is how to go about changing the managers mentality on fixing these damaged bumpers?

I'm getting into the lots by doing panel blend and body work but would need to get more of the bumpers in order to make it worth my time to go there and also would like some gravy work too, ie. bumper repairs.
Any Ideas?

I present my company to the UCM and mention those vehicle(s) and offer a free demo. I've had pretty decent luck with that (when they let me do one and see my work.)
